The purpose of the Buford Lanier Woman's Club is to foster mutual counsel and helpfulness within the community and to
unite the influence of women in promoting education, civic, social and moral advancement. The club is nonpartisan, nonsectarian, and nonprofit.
The club was organized in 1923.
Our efforts are divided into four Community Service Programs: Arts, Conservation, Education, and Community Outreach. Members may join any or all of these departments.
The BLWC holds its general meetings on the second Wednesday of the month, at 10:00 a.m. at the Buford Community Center, all months except July and August.
Membership is offered to all women living in Buford, Georgia and the surrounding areas.
