Fundraising

In keeping with our purpose of helping our community, the Buford Lanier Woman's Club sponsors one major fundraiser each year to fund the projects that we have purposed.  For the past ten years our club has hosted a fashion show/luncheon event in the spring.  This year we held a bingo, fashion show by a boutique, luncheon, which was very successful

We also participate in Belk Charity Days twice a year as a minor fundraiser.

One hundred percent (100%) of the profits generated by these events is used exclusively to fund charities in our community.

We are always open to new ideas for fundraising.  Our club members work tirelessly to fund our charities.  We are not afraid to take on any challenge to reach our goals.

Hi-Hope Service Center, Sheltering Arms Day Care Center, Children's Health Care of Atlanta, Partners Against Domestic Violence, the Salvation Army, Pruett Nursing Home, The Believers Concert Band, The Atlanta Community Symphony Orchestra, Buford Community Girls Chorus, Buford High School Theater, Grace Harris Garden, Sugarhill Library, Blackshear Library, Mending the Gap
